Cardholder Authentication -Verified By Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode TM

The number one reason shoppers do not make purchases online is because they have concerns about security.

Visa and Mastercard each now support a global online solution that enables cardholders to authenticate themselves to their Bank through the use of a unique personal code. Visa's program is known as Verified By Visa. Mastercard's program is known as SecureCode TM.

Cardholders who have a Visa or MasterCard from by a Bank participating in these programs will be presented an additional window directly from their Bank. If they have already established a password for their particular card, they will be prompted to simply enter that password to authenticate themselves before the transaction is submitted for authorization. If a customer holding a participating card has not yet established their password, they will be guided through simple steps through their secure bank to do so.

Cardholders will enjoy peace of mind knowing that no one else has access to their password (it is not recorded on any cardholder statements nor is the information made available to any online store during or after the signing up process with their Bank).

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled once they have been sent out.

We require that any cancellations be made within 4 hours of order confirmation.

Any order not cancelled within 4 hours will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the total order. The buyer will also be responsible for the shipping charges on any order that has actually been shipped prior to cancellation, as well as any return shipping costs.

DAMAGES

If your gift arrives damaged in any way we will either replace it or refund your purchase. Please report any damaged shipments to us within 48 hours of receipt. Because we can not personally hand deliver our baskets ourselves, please be sure to keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, a non-refundable re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the total order will be charged.

The buyer will also be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must contact us before returning any product.

Decisions on full and partial refunds will be made at that time.

Due to product availability and freshness, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. The overall design, theme, color and quality of the basket will not be compromised in any way. Should a container become unavailable, we will contact you immediately to suggest a substitute container or Gift Basket.

We do not store credit card numbers on our online computer. If someone gains access to our online computer files they will not find your credit card number or personal information.
